- Select Light Color.
- Line 1 (Name): Enter your pet’s name (e.g., LuLu).
- Line 2 (Quote & Date): Add a meaningful sentiment and year (e.g., FOREVER LOVED . 2026).
- Special Request: If you have specific layout needs, note them in the final text box.
2. Upload your Pet's photo
- Scroll down to the "Click Here To Upload Image" button.
- Select your favorite high-resolution photo from your device.
- Wait for the progress bar to finish; you will see a green "upload complete" notification once the file is successfully attached to your order
3. Check Out
- Click "Add to Cart" and review your details in the cart drawer.
- Double-check that your pet’s name and engraving text are correct.
- Click "Check out" to finalize your order and secure your spot in our production queue.
4. Review & Approve
- Digital Proof: Within 2-3 days of your purchase, our design team will create a mockup of your frame.
- Email Confirmation: We will send a digital proof to your email to ensure the photo placement and engraving look exactly how you imagined.
- Production: Once you approve the design, we will begin the crafting process to bring your memorial to life.
