What is the Ever-Glow Soul Frame?
The Ever-Glow Soul Frame is a beautiful personalized LED photo frame designed to honor your loved ones (pets or people). It features a crystal-clear acrylic panel with a warm glowing base that lights up your uploaded photo and custom text.
How does the lighting work?
A: The frame has two lighting options:
- Tri-Color LED Light (warm white, cool white, and soft yellow โ can be changed)
- Single Color LED Light (steady warm glow).
You can choose the color mode during checkout.
What can I customize on the frame?
You can customize:
- Line 1: Name (e.g. Lulu)
- Line 2: Quote or Date (e.g. FOREVER LOVED โข 2026)
- Special printing request (optional)
- Your own photo (uploaded directly on the product page)
What size is the frame?
- Acrylic size :ย 14.5cm x 17cm (6 inches x 7 inches), thickness 2-4mm
- Wooden base size : 14.5cm x 3cm x 3.5cm
How is the frame powered?
It comes with a USB cable and a small button on the cable to turn the light on/off. You can plug it into any USB charger, power bank, or computer.
How long does it take to receive the frame?
Due to the multiple processes involved, including design, model making, and printing, the production time is longer than that of regular ready-stock items. The entire process, including production and shipping, takes approximately 18โ20 business days. We promise that once this beautiful memory is crafted, we will arrange for it to be shipped to you immediately.
Can I change the text or photo after ordering?
As this item is made-to-order, once you have confirmed the mockup design and we have proceeded with production, no further changes can be made to the photo or text on the frame. Please review your mockup carefully before approval.
If you are ordering more than one item, how do you submit the photos and text?
If you are ordering more than one item, you can enter the text and upload the images for each item individually. After completing each item, simply click "Add to Cart" before moving on to the next one. Repeat the same process for all items. Once you have finished entering the details and uploading the images for all items, you may proceed to checkout and complete your payment.
